Very interesting, Ruchi! Thanks a bunch for sharing! Looking forward to the sequel.
It must be good to be 'Sleepless in Seattle' while exploring the place.
Happy New Year to you and yours!
As always, a very nice review, Tamasaa. Thank you!
I love to listen to young Abhishek Raguram. He will definitely go places!
Btw, I wonder whether you were there at PSS yesterday for TMK's concert. Looking forward to seeing your review of the same!
'Idhu dhaano Thillai sthalam..." - a beautiful song. Here's Nithyasree's rendition of it:

So, how and why do you think this switch from "an unusually good mood" to "a bad mood" happen in the space of say.... 2 1/2 hours or so?
"Unlike his previous concert at the Mylapore Fine Arts Club, the concert seemed very energetic and Krishna himself seemed to be in an unusually good mood."....
"Perhaps, he was in a bad mood because he concluded the concert soon."
Well said Navneeta. In today'w world each mother needs to teach her sons values and bring up their daughter as fighters. I think this is a role each mother needs to play in the society. As for the punishment for the rapists - death penalty is too easy for them. Nothing less then castration should be given. Let then also live and tell their tale of sorrow. Even after such hullabaloo over the 'Damini' case another girl was gang raped. That says it all. Rapists are not afraid of the law. Our law has become so weak - we had rapist in the political set ups also. Rapists should not be shown any mercy. And the most important thing along with good character we need young blood in the ministry. Someone who does not need a ventriloquist to do his talking.

Thank you for sharing this, Harsh Vardhan.

That's a fantastic tribute to Sachin which left me with a fist-sized lump in my throat and tears in my eyes..... To me, cricket A.S. will never be the same again :-(

Geetha.
"Be curious" - I pick that, Ritu!
To learn more from all possible sources - usual and unusual, ordinary and extraordinary - would top my list of New Year resolutions and the best way to learn is to be curious!
As Albert Einstein said:
“I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious.”.
Happy New Year to you and your family!
Regarrds,
Geetha.
Well said, Navneet!

Yet another excellent review, Tamasaa. I feel really sad that I missed this concert. I am looking forward to TMK's concert at PSS on 29/12.
You must have been delighted that he sang Jagadodarana for you!
All that I can do right now is to listen to this awesome singer's rendition of 'Paarukkulle Nalla Naadu" on You Tube:

I am not an expert really but I personally feel that it is better for an artist to take a look in his/her book rather than to make an error. After all they are also human beings only and how much can they possibly remember? Again, that's just my humble opinion please!
TMK would have deliberately closed his eyes to avoid seeing the mass exodus that always happens once the Thani starts. A good way to meditate? :-)
Keep your reviews coming, Tamasaa. I enjoy reading them. Thank you!
Rose Muralikrishnan, Kavitha Venkatraman and Venkat Gopalan all are good points. If it took us millions of years to get to where we are with all the technology etc, it is not going to go out in a day. So, my feeling is with divine presence and friends around you we can beat anything, even the "doomsday".
