Oct 16 2012: Telugu hero Nagarjuna has achieved something very tough, even by standards of the youngest of actors in the industry today – a six pack. Already famous for his ability to act in a variety of roles, Nagarjuna has hit the gym really hard to sport the Six Pack in his upcoming movie, Damarukam. Kudos to 50-year-old Nagarjuna; he is working really hard amidst stiff competition from the young guns of Tollywood.
According to reports, Damarukam has a few scenes where Nagarjuna – who plays an auto driver role in the movie -- had to go shirt-free, and hence he went for the six-pack.
The leading lady of the film is Anushka, who plays the role of a girl with supernatural powers. The villain tries to get Anushka killed so as to gain her powers. Obviously, the story should be about how the hero (Nagarjuna) saves the heroine from the villain and his gang.
Damarukam, being produced on a heavy budget of around Rs.40 crores by Dr Venkat under RR Movie Makers banner, is directed by Srinivas Reddy. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring music and Chota K Naidu is the Cinematographer. Sources say that the movie will have plenty of graphics and VFX.
Damarukam is scheduled to release on October 20, 2012.
