Make no mistake that New England can't party like New York City! Dr. Neela Gandhi from the United India Association tells us what to expect at one of the biggest New Years Eve Party that New England has ever seen. Everything from delicious food, rocking music to even baby-sitting services! You wont' want to miss this one!
We have been having one of the top end New Years Eve party for the past few years. We have a great venue which is very centrally located and easy to get to for everyone throughout the state. We are going to have one of the top caterer’s in Massachusetts, Masala Art with a large variety of appetizers, dinner and dessert.
The best of the event is brought by a combination of things, but possibly the food and drinks together with the Music and entertainment and the venue make the night.
What’s the craziest thing you’ve seen happen at a NYE’s party?
I have yet to see something very crazy at a NYE party.
Will you have more parties like this throughout the year, Like V day or Holi etc?
We do plan on having a Valentine’s party and Holi celebration in 2012.As we are a cultural organization we also plan a summer picnic and Diwali and NYE party every year.
Do you think New years eve is worth all the hype?
NYE is a special day in the year as it marks an end to a year and start of new year and things to look forward to the new year,so it is definately worth the hype.
What’s your NYE resolution?
I would like to continue to provide the best possible cultural events for the the community in the New England area.
