Inspiration:Martha StewartJCooking time is much lesser, while # peeling and #chopping takes time for many of us. All we need are a few smart peeling tips and tricks. I wasn’t in the good books of onions. Either it would be cutting board or my fingers that bleeds every time I slice them. Uh-Uh! When it comes to removing garlic heads, it’s a massacre…let’s enlighten ourselves with some of the simplest peeling tips for onion, garlic, hard boiled eggs, whatever…
“Peel the entire cloves of garlic within 30 seconds”
As inspired by Martha Stewart’s cooking school, I gathered the entire cloves of garlic in a bowl.

Needed: Two bowls, hands, garlic cloves, 30 seconds
Gather+ crush the cloves with another bowl+ cover the bowl + shake it harder = Peeled garlic cloves (including the head)
The video speaks better than my verbal gala.

“Easy tips to peel hard boiled eggs”
It feels like inferno, when we find egg shells in our curry or gravy. So, peeling hard boiled eggs counts a lot than food styling!

Needed: Salt, boiled water, microwave oven
Add salt while boiling the eggs+ Transfer it to microwave oven+ Set the timer to 30 seconds+ turn off the oven + crack on the bigger end = the egg member gets out of the shell completely.

“Peeling shallots aren’t awful anymore”
I boiled some water at the highest temperature possible.

Needed: shallots to peel, boiling water, ice bath, knife
Chop the edges+ boil them for 30 seconds+ transfer them to ice water+ pinch the end = Peel shallots with a minute.
Peeling shallots wouldn’t take ages in this fashion. Watch out the video I’ve shared from pamlloyd.com.
