A glut’s confession. How many calories are needed per day?

What could be a called as “evening snack” on a Saturday evening?
Facebook cynics are good at one thingy, and that would be nothing else than landing on hash tags taking to Bachelor’s grub.
A question heard inside the heads of ‘Bachelors’. With a couple of roommates, all of them feeling as dull as dishwashers, and with corn meal left in the pantry.
Core ingredients for ‘Airfried Corn Cutlets’
Prep up time: 15 min
Cooking time: 5 minutes
What goes in? Corn meal, hung curd, shredded carrots, boiled French beans, chili powder, garlic powder/asafetida, salt.

Once kneaded into soft dough, the dough is divided into patties. They’re left in Philip’s airfryer.
Low-fat ‘Airfried Corn Cutlets’ is served.
Aaw, cutlet without potatoes? Good heavens, it’s going to be a nutritious evening snack. Like Suhan, we could either stick to shredded carrots and finely chopped French beans or add some sago to it. It tastes as good as the one with mashed potatoes.

Bachelor’s evening snack is all about, how to kill time without going tasteless and odourless!
Who said that breakfast could be done with a glass of milk? Eating like a king, especially scarfing down a country breakfast like they do in Bhopal is too ravishing. A crispy Sindhi breakfast as Dal Pawaan makes hay throughout the day.
Suhan has filmed the entire making of caustic Dal Pakwan. Summary of her video on Youtube on Bachelor’s breakfast:
Note: We could replace all-purpose flour/maida with sorghum flour

In a wide bowl, we’re supposed to knead sorghum flour blended with whole wheat flour, seasoned with cumin seeds, grounded black pepper, carom seeds, salt, ghee and water.
Once the dough is rolled out into patties, it’s deep fried and served with Sindhi Dal.
