With chic décor, a vast flavor-filled menu, and inviting atmosphere, the Samosa House chain is an excellent place to bring your appetite for Indian food. Both connoisseurs of South Asian cuisine and newbies will find much to enjoy at this restaurant, thanks to its authentic but not tongue-burning level of spice in its dishes.

The chain has two locations --- East and West --- both located within 2 miles of each other on West Washington Blvd. Both locations serve the same menu, however the West location has more seating room and a small Indian grocery shop attached.

Combining both North and South Indian food, made with vegetarian or vegan ingredients, the menu at Samosa House cannot be beat for its variety. Flavorful vegan dishes from sambhar to chaana masala are laid out buffet style and rotate day to day.
You can either choose individual container sizes of food for take-out or order combination plates where you can pick two to three dishes along with brown or white rice, naan or chapathi. As the name suggests, Samosa House’s signature is their samosa --- which is especially delicious in the samosa chaat side dish.

Located right across from the Sony Lot, the East Samosa House has a small parking lot located in the back, but patrons would be better off finding metered parking in the front.
The interior is decorated in bright, cheery colors with ample seating. However, the outdoor seating is preferable because of the twinkly lights and instagram worthy teal wall that is covered with greenery.
Samosa House is a great stop for a mid-afternoon snack or family outing. Quick, easy, and fuss-free, you’ll be sure to visit more than once.
