May 3, 2017: Having worn an outlandish outfit at the MET Gala 2017 event, popular Bollywood Actress Priyanka Chopra is now on the receiving end of some severe trolling on twitter.
Although numerous overseas fashion critics gave Priyanka thumbs up for her audacious look, many Desi Twitterati decided to troll the actress’s dramatic outfit with their funny memes.
The peculiar dress worn by PeeCey – who plays FBI agent on popular TV series Quantico -- caught the attention of every single paparazzo at MET Gala 2017, as it occupied quite a big chunk of the red carpet area.
Just scroll down to have a glimpse at the attire Priyanka wore for the event. Ralph Lauren’s extended trenchcoat comes with a massive train that apparently hasn’t pleased some Indian Twitter users a bit.
Twitter didn’t take much time to break into numerous interpretations on PeeCey’s attire, although the actress had aced it like a pro.

And there was another desi fashionista on the red carpet – Deepika Padukone, who made heads turn with her enchanting Tommy Hilfiger white gown and diamond jewelry.
This year’s Met Gala is a tribute to Japanese fashion designer Rei Kawakubo and her bold designs for Comme Des Garçons. The event, which is like an Oscars for people in the fashion business, attracts a galaxy of celebs from the worlds of fashion, movies and music every year.
