“I, me, myself” isn’t considered as a gym etiquette. For a gym novice, there are two important gym P’s - Proper gym attire, proper gym space. No wardrobe malfunction is encouraged in gym classes. Besides, you might be an old horn with gym work outs, but that’s not counted as a roundup of elite gym etiquettes. As a healthy being going to gym is important to me. So, I’m sharing a few gym etiquettes that aren’t to be missed.

“Respecting privacy at gym is what we should begin with”
Have you ever been annoyed, when the other person jumps on the treadmill that’s next to you in “Tarzanish” fashion?
Indeed, respecting privacy counts at your gym class too. I know that Indians love to start conversations, but the other person at the gym class deserve their privacy.

Do you get on your nerves, when the other person takes more than 30 minutes on the treadmill? The other person feels the same way as you do, when people are in a queue for their turn on the treadmill!
“Early to group classes in a gym makes is worth it”
I know how awful it’s when one is late to group classes! If we’re late by 10 minutes, then we’ve violated the purpose of group class. We make it harder for the gym instructor.
I’ve been late to group classes a couple of times. I still remember the hairy eyeballs that were fixed on me! I prefer being early to group classes…
“No favorite spots encouraged with gym etiquettes”

I’m sorry to say this – Sometimes gym tends to invite megalomaniacs/narcissists. They become the #gym bullies, who love to intimidate their fellows by making them feel totally uncomfortable. You might be the one, who has the habit of standing close to them in the wardrobe room, which was your favorite spot…
Oh please! Gym manners/gym etiquettes encourage no favorite spots…
I’ll meet you in the continuation of maintaining gym etiquettes!
Ummm…do you go to gym?
